Training Program - in Maritime Transport, Insurance, and Dispute Resolution
The Kuwait Maritime Association announces the launch of a specialized training program that offers a comprehensive professional pathway for understanding the legal and practical aspects of maritime activities, covering carriage contracts and marine insurance, disputes arising from accidents, pollution and related liabilities, as well as maritime claims and dispute resolution through arbitration.

In cooperation with the Paris Chamber of Maritime Arbitration and the Academy of Justice for Legal and Economic Studies.

The program combines legal foundations with practical application and is delivered by a distinguished group of experts, academics, and practitioners specializing in maritime law and arbitration from Kuwait, France, and several Arab countries.

The program will commence with an opening seminar entitled:

**“Risks of the Strait of Hormuz to Shipping Contracts and Marine Insurance”**
